WeatherGo

App, UX/UI

Sunny, rainy, or cloudy - life doesn’t stop for weather.

WeatherGo is a voice-activated weather app that lets you check forecasts hands-free on your phone. The app offers three types of voice interaction: spoken responses, audio forecasts, and voice command triggers. Designed for modern lifestyles, WeatherGo keeps you informed about the weather anytime, anywhere. Just say “Hey, WeatherGo” to get instant updates.

Figma, Protopie

People check the weather constantly - before leaving home, planning weekend activities, or deciding what to wear. But pulling out your phone, unlocking it, and opening an app interrupts whatever you’re doing.

Overview

Problem

Melbourne’s unpredictable “four seasons in one day” weather means people need quick, frequent weather checks throughout the day. Current weather apps require too many steps: unlock phone, find app, navigate interface, read forecast.

Solution

WeatherGo uses voice interaction to give instant weather updates, hands-free. Say “Hey, WeatherGo” and get immediate forecasts without breaking your flow.

Question

HMW design voice interactions that make checking the weather faster and more natural than opening an app?
